End of the Year Celebrations

With the Christmas season gone, and a New Year starting we want to represent, how Noah’s Ark celebrated this holiday season at its premises. While focusing on the meaning of sharing, thanksgiving, and sacrifice, we tried to relate this meaning of Christmas to our work. To keep ourselves committed to providing ongoing support to our employees, our social projects and increase teamwork, we hosted  special Christmas celebrations, where a program was held at our school  (different performances by young children), followed by a luncheon. A special service was held on Christmas Day at our Factory where  our factory employees were given special gifts to show our appreciation towards their hardwork and emphasize on sharing/giving. After which, a special lunch was held.

To increase teamwork amongst our employees, we held a special gift exchanging ceremony between them, similar to Secret Santa. This was intended to encourage them to build a stronger brotherhood. Noah’s Ark tries to encourage its employees to understand the true meaning of Christmas because we believe that it has changed over the years.
